∎ Age 23 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To be received dealer/retailer/sales person/customer call & give update to them as per ERP software status.
∎ Should have good knowledge about Happy Call.
∎ Receives the defective handset from customer/dealer/retailer and fill up data into manual job sheet book.
∎ To be assign received handset to engineer for repair by ERP software daily basis.
∎ To be entry every work complete handset with action taken by ERP software daily basis.
∎ To be submit spare parts requisition to central warehouse by ERP software.
∎ Talking to customers about non-warranty handsets of engineers will solve the problem.
∎ Delivered repaired handset to customer/dealer/retailer.
∎ All delivery handsets of the previous day will inform to the sales concern as per area wise about the updated delivery information.
