Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide supervision of civil construction of the assigned projects from conception to completion.
∎ Propose ways for cost minimization, cost efficient use of materials and optimizing working process/method.
∎ Estimate material requirements as per drawing/design and raise material requisition for timely delivery.
∎ Maintain all quality control procedure on site and ensure workplace safety.
∎ Ensure project completion as per schedule and make efforts to minimize any variation in planned schedule and construction budget.
∎ Provide weekly progress report of the site.
∎ Validate and certify all contractor and vendor bills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 - 8 years of relevant job experience
∎ Must have knowledge of various construction works such as land development, pilings, building/road and steel structure.
