Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and document complaints from patients, their families, or even staff members.
∎ Listen carefully complainant's concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding to show that the hospital values patient feedback.
∎ Investigate the issue thoroughly to understand the root cause and gather relevant information from various sources after receiving a complaint.
∎ Work closely with different departments within the hospital, such as nursing, administration, or medical staff, to address the complaint appropriately and find the best resolution.
∎ Analyze the data from complaints to identify recurring issues or patterns that might point to systematic problems that require attention.
∎ Maintain detailed records of complaints, investigations, and resolutions.
∎ Generate reports for hospital management to help in identifying areas for improvement.
∎ Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction, based on the patterns identified in complaints
∎ Communicate the outcomes of investigations and resolutions to the complainants in a clear and timely manner.
∎ Work as an advocate for patients, to ensure that the hospital addresses complaints promptly and appropriately while maintaining patient confidentiality and trust.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Experience in hospital sector will get preferrence.
∎ Must have skill on MS Excel & MS Powerpoint.
∎ Candidates will be assessed based on their skill.
