∎ Diploma in Civil, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Examine Bills through Arithmetical & Technical know-how.
∎ Visit project sites (if needed) and check bills in accordance to the Project work.
∎ Prepare Cash Flow and BOQ in a very efficient manner.
∎ Review BOQ and Item list with accuracy.
∎ Coordinate in inter-departmental billing operations and preserve records.
∎ Insert billing information in to the ERP system on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The Candidate must have adequate knowledge on basic accounts keeping, BOQ, Construction materials and civil works.
∎ Good knowledge in MS Excel and ERP software.
Salary: Negotiable
