∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Office Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Resort

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Works directly for the GM and coordinates with members of the Executive Committee
∎ Takes minutes of meetings, writes drafts of letters, communications and other documents
∎ Maintains and coordinates the agenda of the GM
∎ Performs secretarial and office duties, handles all administrative matters within the Executive Office
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, social media etc.
∎ Has to be able to transcribe efficiently dictated texts
∎ Receives and screens office callers and visitors schedules and sets up appointments
∎ Performs duties common to all Department Heads and other duties as may be assigned by the GM

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent English skills verbal and written
∎ Excellent listening skills
∎ Good understanding of hotel operations
∎ Needs to be a discreet person
∎ Has to be able to multitask efficiently
∎ Needs to be energetic and dynamic
∎ Positive personality
∎ Self confident
∎ Outstanding manners and etiquette

Salary: Negotiable
