∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Proven experience in import-export, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
∎ Understanding of banking processes related to import-export.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Should have good interpersonal skills and be capable of working both independently and collectively.
∎ Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Proven experience in import-export, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ LC documents submission to the bank;
∎ Collection of original shipping documents and Shipping guarantee from the bank;
∎ Maintaining LC performance record, shipment, B/E, L/C maturity, payment, etc.;
∎ Delivery order (DO) preparation, taking its approval and sending it to the factory;
∎ Prepare the necessary statement and report in line with the management’s requirements.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management.
