Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Recruitment of Sales Team
∎ Conduct Induction Training and Refreshers Training of Sales Team
∎ Training Need Assessment (TNA) for sales Team
∎ Impact analysis after training and upgrade of Training Manual
∎ Field visit for Sales force development
∎ Prepare Training Budget and Training Calendar
∎ Conduct exit interview of the resigned employees and prepare summary for management
∎ Update departmental policy time to time as per business need
∎ Prepare and sent official SMS as per necessity
∎ Any other task assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Freshers are encouraged to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal skills with sound verbal and written communication skills
∎ Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
