∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To receive order copy from sales staff and prepare invoice and send the invoice copy to factory for execution.
∎ To check data accuracy in sales order before preparing invoice.
∎ To check dues, over dues of Stockists and non Stockists before preparing invoice.
∎ To maintain and update sales, collection and customers records.
∎ To communicate important feedback from Stockist/Non Stockists.
∎ To frequent communicate with Field Forces regarding sales, collection and dues.
∎ To compile sales team performance against their target on monthly basis.
∎ To compile stockists performance against their target on quarterly basis.
∎ To prepare monthly TA/DA and incentive sheet after certified by Marketing Manager.
∎ To provide daily sales, collection and dues report to the Management.
∎ To deal with any other sales related works as assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ MBA/Masters in any discipline from any reputed university.
∎ 3 to 5 years proven work experiences as an Executive (Sales Administration) from a reputed Pharmaceutical Company.
∎ Hands on experience in ERP Software.
∎ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
∎ A team player with high level of dedication.
∎ Ability to work under strict pressure and deadlines.

Salary: Negotiable
