Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Graduation in International Business will be preferred
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for ensuring that the airline complies with all relevant regulations and standards. They must stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, and work with other departments to ensure that policies and procedures are in compliance.
∎ Responsible for obtaining and maintaining licenses and certifications for the airline, such as the Air Operator's Certificate (AOC) and the Operating License.
∎ Must ensure that all documentation and processes are up-to-date and meet regulatory requirements.
∎ Responsible for developing and implementing the airline's Safety Management System (SMS), which is a systematic approach to managing safety risks. He must ensure that the SMS is effective and meets regulatory requirements.
∎ Responsible for developing and implementing training programs to ensure that all employees are aware of and comply with regulatory requirements.
∎ Responsible for preparing and submitting reports to regulatory bodies, such as the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
∎ Responsible for preparing for and coordinating audits and inspections by regulatory bodies.
∎ Must ensure that all documentation and processes are in compliance and that any issues are addressed promptly.
∎ Responsible for managing the allocation and scheduling of slots for the airline's flights.
∎ Work with airport authorities and other airlines to secure slots for the airline's flights and ensure that flight schedules are optimized.
∎ Responsible for managing the allocation and scheduling of overflight permits for the airline's flights.
∎ Responsible for maintaining accurate records of slot and overflight permits, flight schedules, and other relevant information.
∎ Planning and preparation of the Non-Schedule/Ferry flight, including obtaining necessary permits and clearances.
∎ Communication with air traffic control and other aviation authorities for smooth operation of Flights.
∎ To coordinate with different Ministry/ Foreign missions for allocation of new destinations.
∎ Coordinate with Accounts and Finance for payment of aeronautical charge and third party payment.
∎ Coordinate with tower for towing/high power ground run/maintenance test flight/training flight.
∎ Liaison with authority in case any emergency or any type of VIP/VVIP flight.
∎ Responsible to include new type of aircraft/new aircraft in US-Bangla Airlines fleet to operate different destinations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Excellent written & verbal English communication skill is a MUST
∎ Strong analytical ability
∎ Strong command over MS Office modules
∎ Must be a team player
