Business Research, Development Research, Electronics item research and development, Reporting and Presentation, Research and Development, Research and Innovation, Research Design/ Analysis
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Electric Wire/Cable
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop and test new products, menu ideas, and product
∎ concepts and recipes for the company.
∎ Should have sound knowledge and experience in factory operation, maintenance and management.
∎ Competent with 3D CAD modelling systems with ability to draft engineering drawings.
∎ Demonstrated technical problem solving abilities through experiments, analysis and systematic methods, technical documentation.
∎ Knowledge in systematic engineering design process to meet functional requirement.
∎ Manage advanced product development program, improved materials or manufacturing processes.
∎ Develop test methods, standards and protocols supporting implementation of new material designs.
∎ Ability to generate electrical specifications in AutoCAD Electrical Understanding of a manufacturing environment including engineering design procedures.
∎ The Applicant should have knowledge in operation & maintenance of electrical machines.
∎ Ensuring all safety rules and safe work procedures are followed by themselves and by other working in and around the machinery.
∎ Providing support as needed to correct quality deficiencies.
∎ Provide support to operations in running machines to maximize efficiency and productivity.
∎ Visit client sites to investigate issues and find resolutions.
∎ Cost Consciousness - contributes to profits and revenue; conserves organizational resources.
∎ Any other task assigned by Supervisor or Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Supervise compliance functions related to product development and manufacturing of current products.
∎ Develop, conduct and analyze research and development studies.
∎ Plan, schedule and coordinate resources to prepare proper documentation consistently with company objectives.
∎ Resolve engineering problems with engineering expertise.
∎ Prepare Technical Quotes into financials.
∎ Write up technical documentations.
