∎ Position Overview:
∎ We are seeking an Executive in Quality Control to lead quality assurance and control in our natural and organic food organization. The role includes overseeing food processing and packaging while ensuring top quality, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will maintain our high standards of organic integrity and sustainability.

∎ 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐖𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:
∎ • Perform routine checks on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
∎ • Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
∎ • Conduct internal audits and external supplier audits to verify adherence to quality standards.
∎ • Investigate quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
∎ • Develop and implement QA strategies, policies, and procedures.
∎ • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and certifications.
∎ • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement sustainable solutions.
∎ • Stay updated on food safety regulations, organic certification standards and industry best practices.
∎ • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
∎ • New product trial, recipe development and also Conduct training sessions on quality control measures and standards.
∎ • Prepare and present QA/QC reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.

∎ Work Place: 180/C, Hazaribag, Sher-E-Bangla Road, Hazaribag, Dhaka
∎ Time: (09:00 Am-06:00 Pm)

∎ Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry or a related field. Certification in QA or Food security will get preference.
