Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check & verify contractor's installation method statements
∎ Undertake prior review of Contractor's proposed mechanical system testing & commissioning methods and schedule.
∎ On a spot basis, witness mechanical system final testing and commissioning
∎ Check & verify the Fire Protection & HVAC services section of the Project monthly report.
∎ Checking Bill & requisition of Materials from MEP team
∎ Keeping record of quantity of works done by the contractor.
∎ Checking Quality of Product and Workmanship of Contractor's works.
∎ Conduct audit of Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Electrical Distribution System, Lift, Sub-station, Generator, Fire Protection & Alarm System, Basement Ventilation System, Plumbing Works, CCTV, DATA & Telephone System.
∎ Reviewing subcontractors' payments and authorizing them.
∎ Attending & conducting regular negotiation with MEP team.
∎ Regular audit of all MEP sites procurement; whether companies, or subcontractors and assure they are according to preset specifications and authorizing receiving reports.
∎ Physical measurement of all the sites regular basis with concern team
