∎ Familiar with Nawabpur engineering market.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Computer literacy will be an added advantage.
∎ Practical experience in maintaining ERP Systems.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in the purchasing process under the supervision of senior team members.
∎ Collect and review purchase requisitions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
∎ Source and compare quotations from suppliers for cost-effective procurement.
∎ Support in preparing purchase orders and ensuring timely approval.
∎ Maintain and update supplier databases, pricing records, and purchase logs.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
∎ Verify and inspect received goods to ensure they meet company requirements.
∎ Assist in maintaining inventory levels and tracking stock availability.
∎ Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and guidelines.
∎ Support in vendor communication and help resolve any procurement-related issues.
