Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Purchase materials directly from the market
∎ Finding/searching for potential vendors
∎ Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
∎ Negotiate pricing
∎ Track orders and ensure timely delivery
∎ Review the quality of purchased products
∎ Record order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices)
∎ Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
∎ Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
∎ Monitor stock levels and place orders as required
∎ Overseeing and supervising employees and all activities of the purchasing department.
∎ Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
∎ Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
∎ Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
∎ Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
∎ Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
∎ Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
∎ Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Local/ Field experience is must
∎ Experienced in Purchase/Procurement will get preferred
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Computer literacy will be an added advantage.
