∎ B.Sc in MME/IPE/GCE from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and organize production schedules by coordinating all sections of production line
∎ Assess project and resources requirements by coordinating with Laboratory and store
∎ Determine quality control standards with the help of Laboratory and market feedback
∎ Monitor the operations from Body Preparation to Finished product
∎ Ensure proper allocation of all resources to achieve production and quality targets
∎ Create a strong coordination between the Production, R&D, Quality, and Design to provide very high-quality solutions and introduce new products according to the market needs
∎ Work with the planning department for the expansion of DBL Ceramics Ltd
∎ Assess raw materials for each department and help to purchase and Selecting, ordering them
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by management

∎ Excellent communication skill in both written and speaking in English
∎ Ability to identify the problem and find a solution
∎ Willing to work in a multi-discipline and multi-cultural environment

∎ Willing to stay beside factory compound
