∎ B.Pharm /M.Pharm from any reputed university with good academic result
∎ The candidate having MBA in Marketing will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist making annual marketing plan, formulating strategies for brands and to ensure the growth of existing brands,
∎ To work out for new products of Danone and conduct feasibility analysis according to the need of the market and company objectives.
∎ To create promotional materials, conduct promotional events, train the sales force, analyze market and sales trends, and ensure availability of products through distribution channels.
∎ To conduct field visit to get first hand market experience and input these ideas into marketing activities.
∎ To track & monitor competitors promotional and marketing activity, provide feedback to reporting authority, design and implement strategic reactions.
∎ To train the sales forces about maximizing the target customer's awareness of the brand through creative approaches.
∎ To initiate brand building activities.
∎ To assist sales team to meet the monthly and yearly target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-3 years experience in a reputed pharmaceutical company
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
∎ Confident, self driven, innovative , problem solving and excellent technical skills
∎ Should be strived for excellence, dependable and trustworthy.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
