Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Any Certification related to Supply Chain/ Procurement will be considered as an advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be responsible to purchase the goods at a competitive price after verifying the market as well as selecting vendors based on comparative statements.
∎ Sourcing of potential vendors based on user department requirements.
∎ Placing purchase order to the supplier.
∎ Responsible to ensure timely delivery of the goods to the hospital.
∎ To establish and maintain sound relationships with suppliers.
∎
∎ Execute, coordinate, monitor and manage LC related works/issues, all kinds of commercial related banking functions and properly maintain commercial documentations time to time.
∎ Applicant should have adequate knowledge on HS code, Customs act, Import Policy, Bond formalities and other related laws applicable for Import as well as all Banking terms and documentations.
∎
∎ Communicate with C&F agent for goods arrival news, collect Bill of Entry & others important documents that have relating with Dhaka, Chittagong, Benapole port.
∎ Well communication skill of negotiate with Shipping Lines & Freight Forwarder & maintain cooperation with C&F agent, submit documents to C&F agent as well as customs department to ensure the smooth clearance of consignments.
∎ Negotiate prices, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
∎ Take initiatives for cost saving and cost avoidance activities in procurement for CEP Program

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good verbal and written skills both in English and Bangla.
∎ Able to work as a team player in the Supply Chain team of UHL.
∎ Able to work in a high work pressure environment.
∎ Familiar in working with ERP software.
