Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Construction, Real estate companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to the departmental in charge for achieving the sectional goal and objectives.
∎ To procure material as and when required.
∎ Preparations of purchase order & material delivery as per project requirement.
∎ To collect quotation order & sample from supplies & shop.
∎ Negotiation with vendor for best rate & service.
∎ Rate chart updating & preparation of CS.
∎ Check the delivery status and ensure timely delivery of material.
∎ Ensure all report preparation timely.
∎ Prepare bill & send to the accounts for approval.
∎ Market monitoring & material rate survey to be done time to time.
∎ Suppliers ledge maintaining.
∎ Keep close coordination and communication with supplier/ vendors for getting better service.
∎ Software related data entry.
∎ Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office.
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by superior
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Public universities will get preference.
∎ Sound knowledge of MS application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email.
∎ Should be presentable and well conversed.
∎ Negotiable Skills
