Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising, purchasing, planning, and receiving all activities related to the supply chain and distributing commodity items.
∎ Evaluating Supplier's qualifications & proposals through a comparative study and preparation of Purchase Orders.
∎ The selected candidates would handle the software base procurement and inventory system.
∎ Creating and maintaining procurement records, including softcopy, and other systems whilst ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data.
∎ Researching new products and services to meet the company's goals; and monitoring suppliers' pricing, quality, services, and payment terms.
∎ Maintaining the sensitivity and privacy of all the documents/copies/ideas all through.
∎ Regular reporting to Management.
∎ Any other task assigned by Higher Management.
∎ Devise and employ fruitful sourcing strategies, discover the most profitable suppliers, and initiate business partnerships.

∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
