Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Analytical Skill, computer skills with Microsoft Excell, Interpersonal skill, Negotiation, Problem Solving, Reporting and Documentation, Team management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase Procurement, Supply Chain, Market Research
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Super store, Supply Chain, Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devise and employ fruitful sourcing strategies, discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships.
∎ Assist in supervising, purchasing, planning, receiving all activities related to purchasing and distributing commodity items.
∎ Evaluating Supplier's qualifications & proposals through comparative study and preparation of Purchase Orders.
∎ The selected candidates would handle the software base procurement and inventory system.
∎ Creating and maintaining procurement records, including softcopy, and other systems whilst ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
∎ Researching new products and services to meet the company's goals; and monitoring supplier's pricing, quality, services, and payment terms.
∎ Maintaining the sensitivity and privacy of all the documents/copies/ideas all through.
∎ Regular reporting to Management.
∎ Any other task assign by management.

∎ Age at most 35 years
