Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare requirement planning for materials for civil construction items including steel structure building manufacturing items after having work orders of projects .
∎ To coordinate and contact with the concerned department for ensuring delivery of materials on time.
∎ To visit the different locations for searching the materials required for civil constructions items like sand, bricks, rod, cements etc. and other related items as well as for items required for steel structure building manufacturing accessories items .
∎ To negotiate for best purchasing package in terms of quality, quantity, price, timely delivery with suppliers for all kinds of materials.
∎ Responsible for all required materials for the projects timely and cost effective by maintaining appropriate quality standards and specifications.
∎ Monitoring and checking price quotation and ensure the effective negotiation for all procurement.
∎ Negotiating with suppliers to reduce costs and achieve maximum efficiency.
∎ Communicate with local suppliers and develop new sources for economy procurement.
∎ Develop alternative source for price competitiveness.
∎ Maintain records of materials procurement and delivery in proper manner.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3-5 years experience in any Steel Structure Building Manufacturing /Civil Construction Company.
