∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Procure Local materials, IT Equipment, Yearly Calibration, Office Furniture, Machineries and Spares as per quality standards.
∎ Handle the full procurement cycle, including analyzing Purchase Requisitions (PR), preparing Comparative Statements (CS), issuing Purchase Orders (PO), and ensuring timely delivery.
∎ Work closely with internal departments to understand procurement needs and follow up.
∎ Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
∎ Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal stakeholder
