Job Context:
∎ Confidence Infrastructure Limited is looking for Executive - Procurement for its Business Acquisition Team.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure submission of all the bills through ERP software within dead-line.
∎ To maintain liaison with store, accounts, finance, and audit team to disburse supplier’s & service bills on time.
∎ To prepare monthly procurement report as per approved budget.
∎ To check all kind of transport and service bills in ERP software as per policy guideline.
∎ To maintain vendor’s outstanding bill files for both materials and service month wise.
∎ To prepare project wise expenditure report.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge in procurement, billing and ERP Software
∎ Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Team player and able to work hard in stressful situation.
∎ Energetic, Confident and proactive.
∎ Computer literacy in All MS office applications is must.
∎ Fluent in speaking and writing Bengali and English
