Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepared SOP for New Production model also Design and test process Upgrades and new process System and Monitoring upgrades system.
∎ All kinds of documents make & Provide for a new model start and provide SOP to products Manager.
∎ Monitoring Full Process Team, and Drafting process ideas to reduce cost and improve production Rate with Best Quality
∎ All kind of faults Root cause analysis and Quickly solution provide in production line and repair team Coordinate with related sections to improve internal quality issues and customer quality issues.
∎ Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence
∎ Golden sample & PP sample make and find out all kinds issues by given solution before production start.
∎ Ability to handle Manpower Efficiently.
∎ Well Known about lean manufacturing method and able to apply in production 5s, 6 Sigma, Kaizen.
