Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Procurement budget monthly, half yearly & yearly.
∎ Quotation collection from different suppliers by e-mail, courier etc.
∎ Preparations of purchase approval sheet and receive approval from respective authorities.
∎ Provide purchase order to the vendors and monitoring until delivery of the materials.
∎ MRR collection ( R/M & P/M ) from factory.
∎ Developing new source for R/M, P/M & Promotional materials.
Salary: Negotiable
