Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA / Diploma in Automobile from any reputed institution

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make daily unloading and delivery schedule in advance.
∎ Dealing with labour and transport.
∎ Supervise loading and unloading
∎ Make sure no lighter vessel go into double trip/demurrage.
∎ Record keeping.
∎ Various report on work progress to Head Office daily.
∎ Sourcing lighter vessel unloading jobs if needed.
∎ Arrange all kinds of logistics for unloading and delivery works.
∎ Coordinate with factory people for quick unloading of goods.
∎ Manage all other personnel at jetty premises.
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the management
∎ Plan, implement and monitor the entire transport.
∎ Maintain vehicle documents & record of repair works.
∎ Keep records/history of drivers and accidents.
∎ Maintain duty rosters of Drivers.
∎ Coordinate the schedule for vehicle maintenance with management and staff to minimize service interruptions and arrange on time service plans.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Well organised
∎ Able to work under pressure and stay calm in difficult situations
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Transport Management and operation.
∎ Experience in handling a large fleet of vehicles will get priority
∎
