Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities

• Collect, qualify, and manage leads through calls, online platforms.

• Communicate professionally with potential clients to understand their business needs

• Convert qualified leads into successful sales through effective follow-ups

• Post service-related content on relevant platforms as required

• Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, and conversions

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales and lead conversion targets

• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities

• Prepare daily and monthly lead and sales performance reports
