Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management, Bachelor of Commerce (Pass) in Commerce
∎ Skills Required: Oracle Transaction Networking Known people are preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Material Control, Warehouse activities
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be responsible for the planning and operational procedures of the warehouse
∎ Collect the data from Manager, operations and entry into the software properly
∎ After receiving packing list find out the number of damaged product
∎ Ensure Load/ Unload, storage and issuance of the Raw Material as per prescribed policies and procedures
∎ Control Store & Inventory systems by conducting physical counts & reconciling with data storage system.
∎ Oversee security, processes, procedures, and staff in store facilities or warehouses
∎ Transaction Job in Oracle System, Warehouse /MC/ PC management, Man power management, Co-ordination with Manufacturing line etc.
∎ Ensure indents are raised & proper documentation is completed on a timely basis for requisition of items;
∎ Any other task as/ when assigned by the Supervisor or the delegated person or Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 Years of experience of relevant experience in Customs /Inventory Management,
∎ Knowledge on warehouse management
∎ Detailed knowledge of various warehouse, production and transportation procedures.
∎ Ability to manage and coordinate all operating functions ranging from receiving, order filling, and shipping through delivery.
∎ Able to maintain warehouse facilities, stock-in, stock -out and, oracle software user friendliness.
∎ Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
∎ Good
