∎ Bachelor/ Master's with major in Finance & Banking / CSE/ EEE/ Economics from any reputed university with CGPA not less than 3.00.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To arrange the publication of results in time.
∎ To look after grade-related issues of the students and resolve them accordingly.
∎ To provide necessary information and responses to the existing students & alumni.
∎ To provide final examination scripts & other necessary documents required for examinations & grade submissions.
∎ To maintain a database and update the individual student file with necessary records and copies of any other day-to-day applications, documents, scripts, forms and slips.
∎ To perform grade checking.
∎ To deal with issuance of Academic Transcripts and Certificates.
∎ To communicate with students to deliver Certificates and Transcripts.
∎ To receive semester-wise grades.
∎ To preserve grades and final exam script semester-wise.
∎ To prepare all the submitted results using the data.
∎ To prepare a semester-wise Graduate List.
∎ To prepare semester-wise several award lists.
∎ To check due-list and withhold the grades.
∎ To process various types of applications.
∎ To process Certificate and Transcript verification from home and abroad.
∎ To keep records of all I/W/Course Waiver/Grade Update documents in a register book.
∎ To work under the supervision of CoE.
∎ To perform such other duties as may be assigned by the CoE.
