Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Address guest questions and provide information about services in the area.
∎ Gather and analyze customer feedback to suggest potential services to management.
∎ Demonstrate vigilance and a courteous approach to ensure timely service.
∎ Maintain professional relationships with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Handle service issues by identifying the complaint, determining the cause, and implementing effective solutions. Follow up to ensure resolution.
∎ Gather insights from guests and stakeholders to improve the meet-and-greet experience continually.
∎ Assist in connecting key stakeholders, such as healthcare partners and community leaders.
∎ We are seeking a dedicated “Executive/ Sr. Executive -Meet & Greet” who will meet the visitors at the designated locations, greets them, and arranges for transporting them to their destinations maintaining a welcoming atmosphere within our facility.
∎ Address guest questions and provide information about services in the area.
