Job Context:
∎ We are looking to hire a dedicated Communications Officer to join our team. The Communications Officer will support our internal and external communications strategy, write and disseminate publicity material, respond to inquiries from the public and media, and coordinate promotional events.
∎ To succeed as a Communications Officer, you should be able to think creatively, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor`s Degree with experience as a Communications Officer or equivalent experience in a similar role is strongly desired
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining all appointments and meeting schedules of the Managing Director and updating him regularly.
∎ Contact with all concerned departments/communications on behalf of Managing Director through email, phone call, and other social media.
∎ Screening and taking note from all telephone/mobile calls of the Managing Director and conveying information.
∎ Concocting and publicizing different business letters to different overseas and local concerns as per directions of Managing Director.
∎ Dealing with Embassy.
∎ Preparing meeting minutes and other secretarial notes on different issues concerned with the Managing Director for the Group of companies.
∎ Following-up actions on pending important issues.
∎ Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
∎ Accompanying Managing Director, the time of visiting different establishments and taking notes.
∎ Notifying the Managing Director on upcoming events and formulating necessary arrangements.
∎ Maintaining confidential Papers, files, and agreements.
∎ Communicate with concerned Govt. and non-Govt. organizations for any documentation purpose.
∎ Maintaining and updating a database for all communication of the Managing Director.
∎ Arranging protocol service, visa, air ticket booking, hotel reservation-related activities of Managing Director according to pre-schedule.
∎ Any other secretarial tasks are relevant to this role given by Managing Director.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 2 - 5 years' relevant experience in a communications role.
∎ Knowledge of desktop publishing software (InDesign/Photoshop).
∎ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good time management and organizational skills.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems, and social media platforms.
