Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business
∎ 05+ years' experience in substation works;
∎ Background in engineering, design and construction of substations including familiarity with the following :
∎ a. Substation & HV equipment design experience with GIS and AIS.
∎ b. Industry standards relating to substation / Power Transformer
∎ c. Lightning protection and insulation coordination concepts.
∎ d. Switch-gear and/or Protection and Control building design.
∎ e. Hands on experience in AUTO-CAD is required.
∎ f. Marketing & new business development.
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote and Services that dealing with clients.
∎ Exploring new business scope.
∎ Meet and exceed the quarterly business target, Revenue goals set by Management.
∎ Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
∎ Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
∎ Identifies and qualifies of new partners.
∎ Interfaces with the channel to ensure that service level agreements are met. Customarily and regularly engaged at client facilities.
∎ Full understanding of how the business model relates to services.
∎ Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
∎ Analyze risks and opportunities.
∎ Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
∎ Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
∎ Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).
∎ Playing active and significant role by providing various promotional tools and techniques like out- sourcing, advertisement etc. to our customer.
∎ Handling all marketing issues regarding prosperity & further enhancement of the Company business.
∎ Leadership role to drive the business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have good contacts with Government companies such as PDB, REB, PGCB, BEPZA, BEZA and private industries like Siemens, ABB, CEC, CCCE, CEEC etc.
∎ Prepare reports and studies that present technical information in a clear and concise manner and meet client requirements.
∎ Co-ordinate with existing & up-coming customers and ensure prompt service.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s) : Group of Companies.
∎ Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines.
∎ In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles.
∎ Working knowledge of data analysis and performance / operation metrics.
∎ Must work well in team oriented, fast-paced environment and experience in the field job.
∎ The position needs excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, capacity to work independently and must be smart with pleasant personality, convincing / interpersonal communication skills, ability to learn quickly and hardworking.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
