Job Responsibilities:
∎ Arrangement of vehicles from enlisted vendors for carrying Raw Materials & Finished Products of factories like Food & Beverage, Polymer, packaging, Sugar & Cement factories
∎ Checking bill voucher of vehicles, Lighter vessels for carrying raw materials of Sugar & Cement mills , Loading unloading Contractors, Transshipment contractors, Lighter vessel Swiping contractors, Surveyors ,Import, Export, & distribution related vendors & placement of notes to the Management for approval with proper documentations.
∎ Making bills for companies own transports for carrying various raw material of inter companies .
∎ Preparation of cost analysis reports & other periodical reports .
∎ Liaison with various departments like Commercial, Accounts ,Audit & Legal.
∎ Incorporation of related data of all works to SAP regularly as per company policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should be smart & communicative
∎ Should be expert in Billing
∎ Should have good interpersonal skill
∎ Should be conversant in computer operation
∎ Should have knowledge in SAP
∎ Should be hard working & have problem solving skill
