Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ PGD in Supply Chain Management will get preference.
∎ For candidates with relevant experience in the same industry, academic requirements might be waived.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain controls and procedures are in place for efficient and correct stock deployment across the entire value chain to ensure optimum distribution cost, freshness index and maintain the desired service levels for all patients.
∎ Forecast & budget of inventory/ stock.
∎ Assist in analyzing logistical problems, developing new solutions for both Distributor & depot operation to increase business growth and cost-effective operation.
∎ Work with other supply chain units to ensure effective delivery management to ensure competitive advantage.
∎ Make a liaison with the procurement department for stock availability and take necessary steps if a crisis period of short stock occurs.
∎ Accountable for the stock, maintenance of goods/equipment for the program. This includes keeping and monitoring warehousing records of all goods that are received and dispatched.
∎ Maintain a file or record of suppliers through the supplier database, ensuring that they are compliant with fraud policies of the company.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of all supply chain processes.
∎ Coordinate with respective departmental concerns to collect information about the delivery program.
∎ Prepare necessary logistical reports related to distribution logistics as guided by the supervisor.
∎ Coordinate and track movement of logistic affairs file.
∎ Execute logistics plan for proper service and reach destinations on schedule.
∎ Supervision and coordination of staff's activities of the logistics department.
∎ Maintains time duration throughout the logistic processes.
∎ Any other task given by the Management.
