Call Center, Marketing, Microsoft Office Applications, Salesman
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Call Center, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, ISP, Telecommunication
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make outbound and receive inbound calls for telesales / telemarketing campaign.
∎ Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at individuals and specific industry sectors.
∎ Maintain client database and track communications primarily through phone calls, and secondarily through emails, social media live chats, etc.
∎ Identify client requirements, listen to their grievances and analyze feedback to share with other departments for collaboration.
∎ Excellent conversation skills in both Bengali and in English.
∎ Must to achieve monthly sales targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have to maintain office time properly [Office time: 9 am-6 pm, Weekly 6 days].
∎ Competent skills in using a computer, especially in MS Word, MS Excel and Internet browsing.
∎ Excellent Bengali and English communication skills (with proper accent) in speaking, listening and writing.
∎ Excellent telephonic conversation skills.
