Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operations across departments.
∎ Provide end-user support, assisting employees with IT-related problems and inquiries.
∎ Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and systems.
∎ Monitor and ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and adhered to.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify IT needs and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
∎ Stay updated on the latest technology trends and recommend relevant upgrades and improvements.
∎ Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
∎ Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
∎ Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
∎ Familiarity with network administration and security protocols.
∎ Knowledge of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
