∎ 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
∎ Weekly: 5 days.
∎ Weekend: Saturday, Sunday.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking inbound and outbound calls daily
∎ Provide and satisfy customers with appropriate information.
∎ Candidates have to give their best to talk and negotiate with the USA clients.
∎ Candidates have to work 8 hours between 7 PM to 7 AM, Monday to Friday even on Govt Holidays.
∎ Candidates have to maintain proper documentation and report accordingly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fluency in English writing is mandatory; doesn't really matter what educational background you are from.
∎ Preferred Training/Trade Course: Telemarketing/ Call Center/ Customer Care.
∎ Skills Required: Basic Computer skills
∎ Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences.
∎ Superb verbal communication, interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
∎ Candidates who have experience working in an international Call Center will get priority.
∎ Must be fluent in Spoken English with standard pronunciation.
∎ Candidates from English medium will get high priority.
∎ Should have excellent communication skill with Customer service etiquette.
Salary:
∎ You have an opportunity to earn 20000 Taka in a month.
