∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Head Office)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing and managing business operations within designated countries
∎ Actively exploring and expanding business opportunities into new territories
∎ Establishing and maintaining consistent communication with foreign stakeholders
∎ Developing strategic business plans and creating promotional materials tailored to the specific needs of the assigned countries
∎ Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards within the assigned countries
∎ Administer all export of goods and ensure compliance to all organizational policies and procedures and monitor all financial and currency processes and transactions and manage all communication with export authorities for all required countries.
∎ Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements and prepare all export documents within required time-frame and schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method in assistance with customers.
∎ Negotiate with a variety of people, such as shippers, agents and vendors, and are expected to have excellent customer service skills in dealing with customers.
∎ Ensure that shipments comply with the laws and regulations governing the export industry.
∎ Negotiate with banks as per Finance guideline regarding repatriation and credit.
∎ Follow up with suppliers for shipment, payments etc.
∎ Arranges shipping details, such as export licenses, customs declarations, and packing, shipping, and routing of product.
∎ Regular market visit to understand the real consumer insights and touchpoints
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 years of prior experience in PMD/IMD within a well-regarded pharmaceutical company is highly desirable.
∎ Strong proficiency in English communication skills.
∎ Fluency in one or more additional languages such as French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic is highly advantageous and will be given preference.
∎ Willingness and ability to travel extensively abroad is a key requirement for this role.
