∎ Diploma or Graduate in Engineering/ Architecture
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze the interior projects to know the actual costing
∎ Communicate with the vendors to fixed/ refixed the cost of materials
∎ Able to handle large prestigious interior projects estimates.
∎ Able to interpret specifications, price tenders, prepare BOQ's and contract documents.
∎ Able to coordinate and communicate with design and technical production.
∎ Liaise and coordinate with accounts and to monitor and report actual project costs versus estimated cost.
∎ Reduce the cost of interior projects
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum 2-3 years experience in QS and estimating interiors project.
∎ Previous experience with interior design companies that has a joinery production interior words.
∎ Knowledge in material types, prices and logistics.
Salary: Negotiable
