Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze the interior projects to know the actual costing Communicate with the vendors to fixed/ refixed the cost of materials Able to handle large prestigious interior projects estimates. Able to interpret specifications, price tenders, prepare BOQ's and contract documents. Able to coordinate and communicate with design and technical production. Liaise and coordinate with accounts and to monitor and report actual project costs versus estimated cost. Reduce the cost of interior projects
