Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the interior design process, from conceptual development to implementation and finishing.
∎ Coordinate with architects and contractors to maintain design intent throughout the construction process.
∎ Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and scopes of work to ensure effective project execution.
∎ Create detailed design documents, including specifications for materials and finishes.
∎ Develop and present design concepts, including floor plans, color schemes, furniture layouts, and material selections.
∎ To provide innovative design solutions and maintain awareness of industry trends, materials, and technologies.
∎ Collaborate with contractors and vendors to guarantee high-quality workmanship and materials are utilized.
∎ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
∎ Review and approve designs, specifications, and project proposals prior to execution.
∎ Conduct site evaluations and assess design concepts for feasibility in terms of technical and budgetary considerations.
∎ Prepare and present design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, 3D renderings, etc.
