Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Talent Acquisition as per business requirement
∎ Responsible for day to day Office management & administration
∎ Managing HR Compliance
∎ Employee database management, attendance and leave management
∎ HR Operations handling
∎ Monthly HR MIS preparation
∎ Employee Grievances handling
∎ Managing exit formalities
∎ Managing HR processes & Policy

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have prior experience in HR
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ Excellent verbal & written English communication.

Salary: Tk. 200000 - 300000 (Yearly)
