Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Automobile Engineering, EEE, Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the Management & Supervision of functions and activities within the scope of GSE Operation at Hazrat Shah Jalal International Airport (HSIA) Dhaka and other domestic stations of US-Bangla Airlines.
∎ Responsible to ensure the safety in GSE operations.
∎ Responsible to implement GSE operations policy.
∎ Ensures on time performance of all US-Bangla Airlines flights by providing GSE.
∎ Provides support services to US-Bangla Airlines Engineering as per requirement.
∎ Ensures Compliance with the Laws and Regulations of the regulatory authorities and requirement of the company.
∎ Liaise with regulatory authorities and other operationally relevant external entities.
∎ Participates in the corporate emergency response in the event of accident or serious incident in Ground Handling.
∎ Develops, encourages, promotes and ensures implementation of QMS, SMS and safety culture within department as per US Bangla Airlines Policy.
∎ Ensures that all subordinates maintain service and operational safety standard of GSE according to the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB), International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and International Association of Airlines (IATA/IOSA/ISAGO standard).
∎ Monitors any necessary corrective action is taken in a timely manner and monitors safety performance against the organization's safety policy and objective. Ensures the safety goal and target achievement.
∎ Ensures management continuity is maintained, during the period of any official's absence, due to sickness, leave, and/or training or for any other reason, by delegating duties and responsibilities, in writing, to delegated person or person under his command with concurrence of higher Management.
∎ Manage personnel-related issues in division/department and ensure the occupational health & safety environment is practiced according to law requirement in order to prevent and control accident in workplace.
∎ Ensures grievances are handled properly.
∎ Communicates information policies, strategies and safety, security related issues correctly and effectively to all employees in order to apply in practice.
∎ Meet the requirement of different audits, Such as: IOSA, Audits of Foreign airlines, Internal and External Audits, etc.
∎ Provides adequate resources for operations and training for staff.
∎ Performs any other tasks assigned by superior or which is essentially required to ensure safety, security or any other operational urgency and routine operation.
∎ Any others duties as assigned by higher management.
∎ To supervise Daily Inspection of Equipment, so that proper works are done and recorded.
∎ Look after Maintenance works/trainer in case of requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Working experience in airlines with extensive knowledge in GSE will be preferred.
∎ Should have good computer knowledge in MS Office and MS Excel.
∎ Should have strong capabilities of managing a team.
∎ Should have strong leadership skills.
∎ Should possess strong communication skills both in English & Bangla.
∎ Should have ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have capability to motivate the workforce

Salary:
∎ Tk. 28000 - 33000 (Monthly)
∎ Initially, Salary will be 28,000/- BDT, and after successful completion of the probation period, salary will be revised up to maximum 33,000/- BDT based on performance.
