Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Purchase orders and issuing to Suppliers/Contractors with the Negotiated Price
∎ Keeping Traceable Documentation and Record of General Purchase Activities at SCM Dept.
∎ Collecting regular materials price from the market and Making comparative statement
∎ Following Ordered materials with Supplier and ensure Delivery on time with right quality first
∎ Making billing summary against the monthly purchases of Operational goods
∎ Enlisting new suppliers as per Guideline of the HOD
∎ Communicating with Commercial Department for arranging local purchase Permission from BEPZA
∎ Preparing Budget Vs Actual Report Monthly.
∎ Monitoring Monthly consumables items stock at Store and Refilling while needed with in the Budget.
∎ In order to follow the TAX/VAT Compliance necessary communication are maintaining with Suppliers/Contractors

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have sound knowledge on BEPZA/Customs Formalities in EPZ Factory Operation
∎ Candidate needs Advance skill in MS Excel for Preparing Reports
∎ Need Good Materials Knowledge for Items Needed for Garment Factory Operation

Salary: Negotiable
