∎ Candidates should have excellent communication skill.Must be capable of typing both in Bangla & English.Candidates should have excellent people management skill.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receiving visitors/customers at the front desk by greeting and welcoming them courteously & and appropriately.
∎ Maintaining visitor and customer records, keeping notes and passing them to the proper authority.
∎ Maintain and upkeep the reception area.
∎ Assist in store management
∎ Monitor dining management
∎ Assist in housekeeping
∎ Responding to calls professionally and forwarding incoming phone calls/messages to related persons.
∎ Receive and register all letters, messages, and documents from time to time and hand over those to the concerned persons;
∎ track all inbound and outbound parcels and documents.
∎ Coordinating with other office locations- Tracking of all Couriers/letters.
∎ Maintain and monitor office rooms and events inside office premises.
∎ Distribute all kinds of incoming letters/goods/parcels/samples/bills etc. & and keep records.
∎ Receive/ disburse all kinds of incoming/outgoing letters/goods/parcels/samples/bills from/to related courier company representatives.
∎ Keep up to date with all official /business contact numbers.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the line manager and/or management.
