Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plants staffs, workers attendance, leave records, OT maintains & report generation.
∎ Security & Cleaners attendance and their daily work schedule follow up.
∎ Maintain & update personal files and ensure all personal files has CV with signature, photo, NID Card/Birth Certificate, Educational certificates and necessary relevant documents.
∎ Assist to maintain & update employee database timely.
∎ Workers Salary preparation & A/C update work.
∎ All kind of admin related bill prepare.
∎ Expats cash or cheque carry to the Corporate Office.
∎ Attendance bonus and Intermix allowance prepare.
∎ Physically presents during any kinds of scrap sales to & reports accordingly.
∎ Any other job as and when assigned by your competent authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Preferably Tyre manufacturing company / Rubber Industry.
∎ Advanced knowledge in computer literacy with MS Office (Specially Excel).
∎ Excellent communication (Both Bangla and English), interpersonal and people management skills.
∎ Candidates must be able to do all factory related administrative tasks properly.
