Job Context:
∎ A.T. Haque Ltd is a reputed & highly regarded Business conglomerate is looking for experienced and skilled professional for the position of Executive, in the department of Supply Chain Management for its Corporate Office.
∎ The talent we are looking for will be the following expertise:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Forecast import items stock from SAP.
∎ Sourcing out various products from international market and find out international suppliers/vendors for various item of Products.
∎ Collecting sample from suppliers for different raw materials.
∎ Experienced on L/C, deferred L/C, UPAS LC and T/T opening formalities and all kinds of banking functions and documentation related to import items.
∎ Checking all kinds of import L/C terms, Conditions, Process, Certification & shipping documents as and when required.
∎ Ensure fund availability for L/C opening margin and documents retirement with bank/documents endorsement related work with the bank.
∎ Customs clearing of all kinds of raw materials and relevant certificate Collection (like Certificate of Analysis, Materials Safety Data Sheet, Health Certificate, Radioactive Certificate, Phytosanitary Certificate etc.).
∎ Maintain strong liaison with bank, C&F agent, Freight forwarder, Shipping agent & local transport agent.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, E-mail, Internet etc.)
∎ Must have good communication skill in both English & Bangla.
∎ Hardworking, Proactive, Self-responsible, ability to work under pressure.
