∎ Post Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant will be main responsible for day to day coordination, execution and tracking of worldwide sea and air export shipments from Bangladesh.
∎ Book shipping space with carriers in coordination with internal departments, manufacturers, customers and forwarders.
∎ The applicant have knowledge of cost efficient delivery both of transportation SEA & AIR.
∎ The applicant have capability to communicate with Buyer, Forwarder, Shipping Lines, C&F & Transport independently.
∎ Assist the Department Head and keeping all shipping records according to the order.
∎ Liaise with overseas offices and agents in coordination with involved forwarders.
∎ Follow-up and control of export related documentation (including BL's AWB's, Invoicing etc.) between customers, vendors, forwarders, brokers and government agencies.
∎ Understand customer's supply chain and proactively assist with moving freight in the most efficient manner to meet customer requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position
∎ The Applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Shipping Lines/ Freight Forwarding/ C & F and Commercial.
∎ Knowledge in computer is mandatory.
∎ Practical working experience in Buying House will be given preference.
∎ Have educational degree in related field will be given advantage.
∎ Excellent verbal & written English communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & independently with minimum supervision..
Salary: Negotiable
