∎ Must have knowledge about Rate Analysis (CS) of work.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To check all types of contractor bill through physical measurements.
∎ Monitor the quality of construction work/materials.
∎ Check the Re-bar and Form-work as per design before casting the slab.
∎ Verify the Rate (CS) of all kinds of nonscheduled work.
∎ Check the quality of supplied materials “MS & Wood.”
∎ To check all types of contractor bill through physical measurements.
