Education:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Carry out Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance of process machinery (Granulation Suite, Tablet Compression Machine, Coating Machine) etc.
∎ Ensure compliance with HSE, Quality policies and defined procedures. Take management action on any violation of HSE rules.
∎ Bring out unsafe conditions and acts / procedures for correction. Troubleshooting/repair of QC/R&D/ARD machineries as and when basis.
∎ Keep all machineries uninterrupted as much as possible. Cooperate & manage all utility services intact for production operation.
∎ Prepare SOPs, Protocol, Log Sheets etc. and update periodically.
∎ Prepare data sheets for various utility requirements & cost effective analysis for energy saving engineering.
∎ Supervise/conduct all kinds of support for calibration.
∎ Manage and supervise technicians'/3rd Party day to day works & accomplish the timeline effectively. Conduct training in SOPs/Protocols to the concerned people.
∎ Accomplish QMS/SAP tasks appropriately. Adherence with current international regulatory requirements like USFDA, MHRA etc. in the field of utility engineering.
∎ Coordinate departmental & inter departmental assistance as & when basis.
∎ Communicate Consultants/ 3rd party service providers/manufactures & collect necessary information related to engineering activities.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
